Appellate Rules Advisory Committee Report

After almost three years of work, an Appellate Rules Advisory Committed chaired by Justice Donald W. Lemons has produced proposed rules for the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Virginia Court of Appeals along with a report explaining the proposed changes. The rules will be referred to the Virginia Judicial Council and will be formally published for comment, with the final decision on any revisions coming from the Supreme Court.
