Roanoke Bar announces awards to Poff, Perrow

Roanoke lawyer William B. Poff will receive the 2008 Frank W. “Bo” Rogers, Jr., Lifetime Achievement Award, given by the Roanoke Bar Associa-tion. The Rogers award was established to recognize an outstanding lawyer who embodies the highest tradition of personal and professional excellence in Southwest Virginia and, in doing so, enhances the image and esteem of attorneys in the region.
Elizabeth Guilbert Perrow will receive the RBA’s 2008 Young Lawyer of the Year Award, which was established to recognize an outstanding young lawyer who has demonstrated dedicated service to the association, the community and the profession.
The RBA will hold its 2008 Gala and Law Day celebration on May 16, when these awards will be presented.
